Cardigan

Argent architects produced these offices near Cardigan, Ceredigion. This innovative eco-friendly new build project has received detailed planning permission for new offices in open countryside.

The building form is of a Dutch Barn with a smaller milking parlour at right angles . This is ideal for its use, offering a grand galleried work space, with ancillary accommodation in the milking parlour.

It is a ground breaking project in that it succeeds mainly due to careful contextual design and patient negotiation with Ceredigion County Council. Building works are set to commence this summer 2010.

Cardigan / Ceredigion & Tenby Golf Club

Argent architects produced this dutch barn conversion located near Cardigan and was transformed into an animation studio for a go-ahead company relocating from Tenby due to traffic restrictions. A stimulating working environment has resulted from the airy vaulted space produced by the heavily insulated curved roof. The planning department for this project was Ceredigion County Council. We also produced the shop facilities at Tenby Golf Club.

Narberth

Argent architects produced this studio for Ross Grieve Photography based in Cresselly near Narberth, it was an addition to the main living accomodation that provided essential working space with an airy presentation gallery above.

Pembroke Dock
