Argent Architects with imaginative client Mr Tim O'Donovan, have produced a dramatic design to convert the Old Tenby Lifeboat Station into a residence (www.news.bbc.co.uk and BBC interview). The Boathouse forms part of the stunning backdrop of Tenby harbour, and the publicity (Financial Times - www.ft.com) will further raise the profile of Tenby as a tourist destination. The boathouse has been listed by www.cadw.wales.org.uk.
