Argent Architects in collaboration with Steve Hill (Architect) produced this project for Grant Maunder of gm2 Developments above WHSmiths in Tenby.
The project consisted of three flats / apartments above the store, all fronting onto a stunning view of Tenby's North Beach and harbour.
The penthouse is particularly striking with a fully openable panoramic window and seat, which also combines as a log store.
