Argent architects produced this innovative project near Tenby that takes advantage of a south facing slope to maximise views and minimise energy use. Two dimensional (2D) colour presentation was used to simpifly its overall appearance in terms of scale, mass and context.

It is currently under construction.

Pembroke

Argent architects produced this project using three dimensional (3D) presentation for negotiations with the planning authoirty, Pembrokeshire County Council to obtain detailed planning consent for 6 plots at South Road, Pembroke.

Flats

Tenby

Argent architects produced this project for WHSmiths in Tenby. The building created three flats / apartments above the store, all fronting onto Tenby's North Beach.

The penthouse is particularly striking was its glass facade.

This is a grade two listed building and negotiations with Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority and CADW was greatly assisted by three dimensional (3D) presentation, and obtaining detailed planning consent.
