The initial meeting - at our office (Architects based in Wales) or on site carries no obligations and is free of charge. Your project, large or small - will receive full attention. We will discuss your requirements in outline and assess the extent of work required.

The project may be very simple and just require some advice from us, or it may be larger and require planning permission, listed buildings approval, building regulations approval and there may be grants available for the works envisaged. We can quote you for any or all of these, as required.

We will keep in close touch, and develop the proposals (and alternatives) with you, in 3D if required. The drawings are also useful later in the project for assessing furnishing and colours.

When proposals are agreed we can prepare detailed information for building purposes and these will be used by the builder for carrying out the work. We can quote for all or any stages of service from basic design to full administration of building process.
